Hello I’m Jemma. I’ve worked in the lettings industry since 2008, and in that time I’ve seen the market change in just about every way. What hasn’t changed is what matters most: good communication, honest advice and a service you can rely on.
Lettings MK was set up to give landlords and tenants across Milton Keynes a better experience. Renting a home or managing a property can be stressful, and I want to take that stress away.
My Experience
Since 2008 I’ve worked with landlords, tenants and investors through every stage of the lettings process, including marketing and viewings, referencing, tenancy agreements, inspections, maintenance and compliance. That experience means I know what to expect, how to avoid common problems and how to handle them quickly when they do come up.

For landlords: I’ll help you find the right tenant, protect your investment and stay on the right side of ever-changing regulations, so you can have peace of mind whether you own one property or several.
For tenants: I’ll be upfront and fair, respond when you need me and make sure your home is well looked after throughout your tenancy.
